Deborah Banks BAppSocSci(Couns), M.A.C.A. (Level 4) is a trauma informed counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with eight years experience post qualification. She is a Level 4 clinical member of the Australian Counselling Association.

Prior to opening her first private practice six years ago, Deborah was the CEO and counsellor at Lou's Place, a daytime refuge for women in Kings Cross. Deborah was a council member of the Corrective Services NSW Women's Advisory Council and has held positions on the boards of Domestic Violence NSW and the Mental Health Coordinating Council.    

Deborah is a mental health practitioner and specialises in domestic violence. She is a registered NDIS provider and SIRA workers compensation approved counsellor. Deborah draws on a range of theoretical approaches to meet you at your point of need:
